Learn To Win is an innovative microlearning platform designed to revolutionize how companies acquire and retain critical knowledge. The company got its start at Stanford University, participating in the Hacking For Defense program, where the founding team spent months interviewing, researching and uncovering significant training problems across the DoD. Founded in 2019 by Andrew Powell (CEO), Sasha Seymour (COO), and Tommy Hatton, the company has blended its diverse expertise to address the evolving training needs of modern enterprises. Andrew brings extensive experience from the education industry, having worked at the EdTech platform Coursera and as a course designer at Stanford University. The capital was used to expand product awareness, build new platform features and expand into new verticals. The company’s next funding event wasn’t until June 2024 when Learn To Win announced they had raised $30M in Series A funding in a round led by the Westly Group and follow-on participation from Pear VC and Norwest Venture Partners and new investor Bull City Ventures.
